X (Née Twittr) is a internet platform rampant with hate speech, disinformation and CSAM material, it is being used by its new owner as a tool to amplify hate, promote racism and push far-right ideologies with the aim of destabilising liberal democracies including Ireland and the European Union.
By continuing to use this platform your elected representatives are signaling not only that they don’t have a problem with content of this type but that they are also happy to expose their constituents who wish to follow with their work as public servants to harmful content. Their presence and continued activity on on X indicates that they are happy to promote a toxic platform even if it puts the democratic institutions that they are part of at risk.
This aims to serve as a tracker to highlight those who have made the decision to close their X accounts as well as those who are happy to stay.
